In 2016 and 2017 I suffered from the autumn depression, and I think it has arrived again. I don't know what to do with it, but I have started taking 10 mg of escitalopram every day: maybe it makes the melancholy easier to stand than last year and the year before that.

When December comes, the depressive feeling will be gone again. You know, then we have reached the bottom, and the days will be longer again and the new summer is closer... And the new autumn...

Please do not give any good advice, it would be useless.
