Yeah, because using a then innovative method of attack, first against civilian targets, rather than first against clearly military and political targets makes sense.

Because using a then innovative method of attack, first in a country with a large territory, able to react because of the hijacking time, instead of a tiny country named Israel which a plane can cross in less time than it took me to write this post, makes sense.

Because using a then innovative method of attack, first in a country where the attackers would immediately be recognized as foreign and easily identified, rather than in Saudi Arabia, makes sense.

Because the U.S. government never has murdered its own citizens for all sorts of motivations. Neither have foreign governments. Makes sense.
