Actually now that I looked it up, my country's laws only allowed marriage between +16yo girls and +18yo boys until 2015, when a reform came and now you can marry an underage girl (or viceversa) as long as you have the consent of the parents.
I don't know what the hell happened there, I would've thought everyone would be pushing against child marriage.
