What if they tell Her that She is bad because what happened was bad? "No, it's not your fault. It's just a bad thing." So, for the rest of Her life, she thinks, "Oh, something bad happened to me."

Yeah, something bad did happen to Her. She was convinced that something good was something bad and, because everyone She trusts was telling Her this, well, it must be so, eh?

I don't want to take that chance.
