Everything in in Seattle was cool, and flannel. Feces in the street aside.

One of my longtime idols, one Dr. Weil, recently said on a Joel Rogan podcast or some such... that heroin is actually not so devastating, provided you are smart about quality and dosing level. He didn't mention the now notorious sidewalk poop of the entire urban west coast, but that might be a topic for another podcast.

Ahh, Mr. Bey, and his TAZ's, often of the rainbow gathering varieties, where chicks were often raypd in the name of freedom. Dunno. Parts still speak to me. Individual human self-control tells me something a little diffurnt. If your parents instilled you with boundaries, these later experiences might feel liberating. If your parents didn't do that, then your experience is probably a medley of free-for-all felonies.

I dunno, man, just thinkin. I'm still in memory of the gracious elves, though some of this I can admit I've widely fallen out of touch with more recently. My view is far from universalist, but I've grown to see the gatherings and the fairs as increasingly out of touch, and more reliant on trustafarian funding, while simultaneously ditching the solid peace and love ideals which originally drew me to the whole idea.

More militancy with lower historical understanding just seems to spell future disaster for any movement, no matter my support or sudden lack thereof.

The limb doesn't get easier the further out people go.
