I agree

You can say anything you want, using any name you want, and it won't hold any less weight than posts you make using your real name. But unless they can connect the name you use to post with your actual identity (where you live, your phone number, etc.), they've got nothing - there are probably tons of people with your name. Still, I would "lie low," not continue to post from that same account like you suggest, and maybe delete the account - but then continue with a fresh, anonymous one.
