Can't fault the logic....

It's hard to fault the logic. Under the law they are proposing to commit genocide, and under the law we are required to respond if they carry through with their proposal.

However, I note that the one organization is calling for comments on their proposal. It might be worthwhile to send them a note to remind them of the law and our obligations if they go ahead with this.

They require comments to be submitted in Word, which is almost a crime against humanity itself ... but it might be worth sending comments anyhow.

Um, a maximum of 5 pages jd. If you send a comment, try to be succinct.
