"Normal little girl"?

How would a judge react to a little girl who says:
"Yes, I am 12, and I look 10 in my face, as well as naked. But I´m a nerd. Ask any teachers of mine. I read for curiosity books most 20 year olds don´t, and when I have time to think of arguments to make, I can make complex arguments better than most 20 year olds can.
So if I can argue why I should be allowed to have sex better than most 20 year old women can, why should I not be allowed to have sex like they are?"
