So you consider the case where "maliciousness" applies but "lack of altruistic concern" does not?
Alicelovers listed "force, coercion or manipulation" as what you termed "maliciousness". One of them is not like the others.

How is "maliciousness" an appropriate term for conduct if you acknowledge that "altruistic concern" exists?
