i'm sure there are some cases of non-consensual sex where there was still altruistic concern in general. they are mutually conflicting but not altogether mutually exclusive. there could be substance abuse involved, or any number of things. it's not black and white.

is there actually any relevance to the difference of the word manipulation or are you just stating that?

maliciousness may not be the perfect word to use, but it seems to me you're just being really nitpicky. sorry if i was unclear.
