She did not do so because of 'heartache' but because of anorexia and PTSD causing her unbearable suffering (which in and of itself is grounds for euthanasia in the Netherlands; terminal illness is not).
Who are you to condemn her for opting out, condescendingly calling her choice a 'checkout ticket'? Where do you get off implying that in the Netherlands you can get a 'euthanasia coupon' whenever you feel like it? Read her fucking book.
