before rendering judgment. She did not commit suicide, legally or otherwise. She chose not to eat and drink which resulted in her death. She did not do so because of 'heartache' but because of anorexia and PTSD causing her unbearable suffering (which in and of itself is grounds for euthanasia in the Netherlands; terminal illness is not).
Who are you to condemn her for opting out, condescendingly calling her choice a 'checkout ticket'? Where do you get off implying that in the Netherlands you can get a 'euthanasia coupon' whenever you feel like it? Read her fucking book.
