Just because a "setup" works out doesn't mean it was ever in someone's best interest. The relationship between a pedophile and a child which deserves to be respected didn't require any setting up.

The scenario of a MAP couple raising a child to be sexual with them sounds like a recipe for abuse and with a massive risk of future resentment... assuming there's any functioning person left to be resentful.

You DO NOT conceive a child to set up the child's life in advance to fulfill your desires. That's exactly the type of dynamic we hate, and we hate it for the same reasons whether the particular violations fall under the category of sexual or general.

Like any form of relationship, MAP/child relationships fall on a spectrum from good to bad, and the acceptance of the natural good hinges on your unclouded ability to recognize the natural bad. "Not inherently harmful" is not the same conclusion as "inherently harmless".

Whether you're attracted to baby girls or old men, you ACKNOWLEDGE AND RESPECT their right to self-determinism.

Otherwise, you're just a bloodsucker who gave birth to your food.
