Evolutionary biology has pushed us males into getting the swimmers into the oven.

But, it's not an exact, hardwired thing so, occasionally, we males get the programming a bit wrong. No matter how hard they try, two males cannot biologically create a new human being. Two females cannot, either. And, for us, a virile male cannot biologically create a new human being with a prepubescent female who is not biologically able to produce an egg for fertilization. As long as She is willing, it's fun to practice for it though.

Oral sex cannot produce a new human being, either.

Oh, and contrary to things written about in the past, a single female human cannot, now matter how spiritually inspired, create a new (human or otherwise) being. Now, it IS possible for an ovulating female to still be virgo intactae yet become pregnant. The pee-hole isn't hermetically sealed. Swimmers deposited at the front door can, and often do, get in through the door and work their way to find a waiting egg. Thus, medically, you have a virgin birth. Try it sometime.
