Apologies in advance if this has been brought up multiple times before, I haven't been to this site in a LONG time. And I can't find a relevant topic in the post history.

I'm wondering if anyone, from the CL world or elsewhere, has approached Greta Thunberg about becoming a figurehead for the youth rights movement. She's probably the best-placed person to do so at the moment, although I'm skeptical that she could be convinced to. This is because a) her handler has an agenda, filters out wrongthink from reaching her, and probably wouldn't let such a message get through, and b) Greta spoke out against child marriage, whereas the youth rights approach would be to speak out against the coercive aspect typically associated with that.


P.S. I've been fine, I just made peace with my GL and was no longer dependent on this site for emotional support.
