Don't feel shame unless you are having problems functioning normally through your day. There is simply a balance each of us must keep.

Personally, I advise everyone against Facebook. This is not so easy to achieve for people with lots of family and their pressures on you. I've just always been suspect that putting one's life out there onto the internet has a diabolical end result which was part of the plan all along.

I am not sure what social changes have occurred in your life, but it seems there have been some good ones, and some of your reactions have not been easy for you.
