A kiss is just a kiss.

Why was kissing my little lover on her (not facial) lips (which she rather obviously liked) so much more heinous (possible life sentence penalty) than the TWO people who each accidentally killed someone (both getting just 5 years.) One was a drunk driver, the other used a shotgun on his brother-in-law instead of his wife (the intended target) sitting beside him.

I don't care if "it's the law." I care about relative harm. It's so illogical. The day we all got sentenced, I was looking at almost 40 years in prison while both of them were released (time off for good behavior and pre-trial incarceration.)

It taught me one thing. Here, I'll quote Heinlein to make it clear:

I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.

Regarding this post and every post I write about myself describing my past, be advised that I was tried, convicted, sentenced to a very long time in prison, and I served the complete sentence. Be further advised that I am no longer practicing illegal activities today and that I refrain from doing so by my own choice, not from fear of legal entanglements or society's outrage. I remain crime free because I choose to.
