You're in Canada... Can't you also go to jail, or get fined, for NOT referring to a man as "her" if he wants you to?
I don't know, here in America we have only outlawed sex acts. Kissing is legal (as long as it's not a crazy make-out session). Oh, and also, as long as it's in an appropriate place, like the hand or face or on the lips. If a man has a child kiss his ding-a-ling, yes that would be illegal kissing.
