Your info is a little bit dated. No lg, or teen girl, has heard of the clap except what other kids do in the auditorium when they approve of a presenter. Or at sports rallies. Maybe I'm being sexist and only boys still use that term. Girls don't, though. At least none that I'm aware of. I think that faded from the vernacular with disco.
It's facet. Faucet is that thing that comes out of the wall and water comes out of it when you turn the knob. Was that intentional? A Freudian joke? And, umm, I took middle School chemistry. I knew what 2 hydro and one oxy atoms make when they get together. I think everyone born after 1975 and before 2010 does. The joke is that a trained, educated professional dude making a nice salary didn't. I haven't replied to your point, yet. I will when I get around to it. I don't know if I will, though. We could go round and round in circles on it, which I would like to avoid. |
