The only problem I have is with your playing fast and loose with "consent". A girl says, "Oh, gosh, Bobby, let's do it!" I don't think anyone (the Courts being the exception) would disagree that this would be consent on Her part. But, Bobby pulls out his "toy" and, because Missy has never been educated about the facts of sex, She is terrified. Suddenly, Bobby climbs on top of Her (thinking he has consent) and She withdraws consent by Her movements, what She says, and where She is trying to go.

Here is another faucet (facet?) of consent (and Lemondolphin, don't look up the chemical I will be referring to... yet. Read on.) This is a true story, by the way.

It was a cold, rainy night as I walked into the dispatch office. The plane was tied down, my papers were dropped into the appropriate boxes and the boss was sitting in his squeaky chair, yammering to (his wife). He hung up and asked if all was good.

But, from my recollection of chemistry, the two separate gasses are highly explosive. Sitting where it all is, the liquid is corrosive to both iron and aluminum. Exposure to its solid form for extended periods is lethal to humans."

"Fuck, did you call Hazmat?"

"Why?"

"To get the clean up started. Due Diligence, Gim. We know about it, therefore we are required to..."

"Oh, you're not going to clean all that up. Way too much. Best to wait until tomorrow."

"Huh?"

"Two parts hydrogen mixed with one of oxygen, boss. Water."

"Fuck you, Gim."

Information has a way of being strangely obscured sometimes. Little girls don't know about Gram-negative diplococci bacteria but you know about "The Clap." Most everyone else will recognize the word gonorrhea when they see the medical terms neisseria gonorrhoeae.

So, while Missy will permit Bobby to diddle Her, neither one has any thoughts about neisseria gonorrhoeae. It just doesn't occur to them. Is there consent, nevertheless? Yes. Just not informed consent. At their low ages, it is understandable so the consent concept remains valid between the two of them.
