It would be easiest to catch the disease...

...in a MILD form now. Then you would not get sick or spread the disease, and YOUR life would be quite normal again.

But how would you know that you have gone thru the disease? And what if you got it in the severe form?)

(I'm tired of using bold and cursive, capitals are easier.)
