Very curious pattern, that with something supposedly uncommon so many well known people would have caught it so soon - but it's also worth noting that these are the sort of people who travel frequently or are regularly around people who travel frequently. Zororo Makamba, for instance, apparently caught the disease in New York City.

At the very least this probably means that many more people have been infected than is currently known.
