I always enjoyed the irony of a billionaire born into wealth, surrounded by wealth and who's never known anything but privilege and wealth having a hardcore following of people cheering for their leader on the grounds of draining the swamp of privilege and elitism. I'd understand if he had thrown off his wealth to join his supporters in solidarity but no, his family is most likely just shorting the markets like others of his ilk while hiding their tax returns in an act of transparency.

But I think having a president like Trump is very progressive, it should be a huge encouragement to many and it shows that America still leads the way with the American dream and that spirit of anyone can. To see someone with special needs reach the level of president is amazing. When you hear ideas like using nukes to stop hurricanes or drinking bleach to stop a virus it can seem wacky unless you consider it may actually be a result of a disability. I'm serious and it's not intended as an insult to people with learning disabilities, it's actually a remarkable achievement. And people with special needs want and deserve to fit in and while pursuing that can react badly to criticism and can't help but to offer ideas to show they can contribute. America's had a black leader, a leader with learning disabilities, I'm hoping for a female president next, then transgender, maybe some day a ped president. Imagine that. If nothing else it should show that anything is possible, anyone can be president, I can't think of any other country that can say that.
