This is a great idea. But...

The study participation is free of charge, voluntary and anonymous. Recruitment has started. It only takes place in discussion forums on the encrypted part of the internet called the darknet. The study has been approved by the Central Ethics Review Board in Sweden (รถ 1-2019), and it is conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki for research ethics.

I applaud the idea of helping people who want to change what they think is wrong in their lives.

As I said in my subject entry, "But..."

The images I look at and appreciate are completely legal. They are artistic. I cannot show samples here other than my sigpic below but my point is that they are legal and certainly not abusive in any way that I can tell. For me, a pretty little girl -- completely clothed or in a bathing suit appropriately-- sitting on a beach watching the waves is a pure joy for me. I can hear the giggles She makes, I can smell the fresh breeze, the fragrance of the soap She bathed with earlier, and I can feel the warmth of the sunlight on my own skin as well as bouncing off Her hair draped shoulders. Yes, from the safety of my own thoughts, I can encounter Her in ways that society would object to. But that's just it: it's all in my mind. I have been crime free for over 20 years (aside from a couple driving infractions) and have been appreciating pretty little girls in this way all along. I do not wish to change. So, that's me.

I do understand your wish to help stop people using harmfully obtained imagery. The ultimate goal is, of course, stopping the harmful creation of those images. And that I heartily applaud you and hope you get plenty of people wanting to stop their dependence on images created by hurting people. It is this reason I have posted a reply to yours.

One final thought: people here are accustomed to being very, very wary of sites such as what you present. The reason being that, occasionally, law enforcement people, known to advertise just what you are, will attempt to entrap people. Sure, they don't immediately arrest people. They just collect names and watch until they find someone careless enough to do something inappropriate. (Anything you say can, and will, be used against you in a court of law no matter how long ago it was that you said it. This is what people like us fear.)

Good luck and thank you for trying.
