A majority of people when I've seen pedophilia brought up are in the kill them all camp. Even when bringing up people who have never acted on it I've heard again and again the view that "well it's just too dangerous to allow them to exist, it's too bad that some people are born with their brains wired like that, but they just have to be killed". That view is the majority, not the minority. At least in my opinion, backed up with what has been said. It's not like Gallup does surveys on these types of things.

So chemical castration is the radical solution to help pedophiles. Not the radical hard solution to hurt them.

It's always a good idea to make sure you are reading the room the right. Some things you might think are radical on one end are actually what is radical on the other in most people's eyes.
