Anarchy is the absence of rules by definition. You can make up whatever system you want full of rules and call it anarchy. But, it doesn't make it anarchy, because by definition it is not.

Anarchy- "a state of society without government or law."

I disagree that humanity if continued on it's path will destroy the planet. But, it's not a debate I want to have nor is this really the place for a debate like that. Mainly the thing I disagree with is controlling people. Your society you promote in there would control people down to what technology they use, how footpaths are created, how they can teach their children, and some others I have certainly missed in all that. It's extremely authoritarian.

I agree with some of the stuff in there. I would be fine with a community doing all that and people deciding to live there, and live under those rules. I am not ok with a country or any political organization larger than a community having people live under such a system. Even if I agreed with you 100% on everything I would still disagree on it being enforced on anything larger than a community.

People choosing to live under governmental systems is great. People being forced to live under certain systems not so much. You can always move under one. You are forced to live whether you agree or disagree in the other.
