This is mostly a theoretical discussion as I think the number of pedophiles who have successfully adopted is probably extremely low - but excepting situations where someone wants to adopt to start a sexual relationship, or has some intention of this, what's the problem? I see no reason why pedophiles shouldn't adopt.
