This year we had one large donation from an individual who does not even post here, one pledge for $20, and I myself have paid for five months of annabelleigh's expenses.

Caretaker and I have discussed this and while GC has received substantial donations in the past - years past - it appears that the current active users for the most part either do not have anything to donate, or do not like to donate. Regardless, this is not sustainable and while I intend to continue to donate, I will not personally keep GC afloat using my own finances.

Our monthly expenses are only $75 - it should not be difficult for regular posters to donate the equivalent of $5 or $10 per month, which would cover all of our ongoing expenses. If this does not begin to happen, GC faces an uncertain future.
