They log everything, and most likely keep it forever - they don't remotely care about your privacy or security. There's no reason to use Google, moreover - there are other good search engines like Startpage that are built with your privacy in mind - and email services that are a million times better like ProtonMail. Etc. with other alternatives to Google Maps and so forth.
