I'm not understanding the worrying over whether people believe it is a hoax. Does it personally affect you in some way? Why so much worry and distress over it?

And no I've not seen one solitary person say they think it's a hoax. I've seen some people say no action should be taken against it. But, not one person ever saying it's a hoax.
