As I was telling Baldur, there were girls from other countries' teams that I also liked, but they never get mentioned again, so I quickly forget their names, but the Romanians were strong for a long time. Apparently they used to sweep in to the local gyms and seize the girls with promising talent when they were about 7 or 8 and send them to a training boot camp where they only got to see their parents twice a year or some such. So maybe that method wasn't so good, but too young to compete at all? Never.

I guess it sort of defeats the intent of the olympic games when you find yourself routing for somebody from the eastern block countries simply because you find her little bubble butt to be exquisitely perfect:)
