That's the solution. Bringing it *safely* to fruition is a much larger challenge.

Now I need to get back to my show, Escape To The Country, where awkwark UK couples enduring silent desperation who finally have money to bet, try to improve their current lacking reality with semi-rural homes that have steep slender stairwells, cramped bedrooms, and for some reason, very bright red furniture.
