Well this is wild to think about.
So for many years I have wondered about a concept that would have been interesting to girl loving sci-fi enthusiasts. However, I didn't know if the technology for doing it actually existed today. Apparently it does, or at least is getting close. Occasionally I've brought up the topic, not necessarily being a proponent or supporter of it, but just to wonder and muse. It went like something like this: You are a girl lover with a young girlfriend, or let's say you live where early marriage is legal. She has not reached puberty. If a human female is born with all of her eggs, would it ever be possible to remove one, bring it to maturity artificially, fertilize it, and then have a surrogate carry it to term? I used to think this would be too controversial to ask mainstream society, but by the magic of ai, I discovered that there was an answer to my question based on something completely different than the reason I would be asking. As it turns out, there have been attempts to remove "primary oocytes" (eggs which are dormant) from prepubescent girls where the girls have had cancer and might not be able to conceive later in life after being cured. There is a process where the dormant egg can have certain hormones introduced later (IVG) to mimmick the process in the body to bring it to full maturity, and then it can be fertilized from that special male someone. Obviously, their purpose for doing this is to have children much later than puberty with the foresight that they won't be able to conceive later, but it still answers my question. Scientifically speaking, you and your prepubescent girlfriend, provided you lived where it was legal to do so, could possibly make a baby together. It would likely be very expensive. It says the research is still ongoing to increase the success rate in humans. Apparently it has not been as successful as it has in mice. Of course, this presumes ai wasn't feeding me a bunch of erroneous nonsense. I don't work in the in-vitro field myself. Something I'd get onboard with adding all the morality concerns? Probably not, although there are many other new advances these days which I don't believe are right, and it's all being done anyway. If designer babies are coming, then why not this? People want what they want. I guess we can await the pedo version of an Elon to see if it ever happens. Interesting to think about. ![]() |
