You projected in a manner not supported by her post. She spoke of herself and YOU took that to mean she was speaking of all. That is stupidity.
That is NOT stupidity, Puzz, because she accused HERSELF of projecting, and she was AGREEING with SMG's attitude towards adult/youth relationships, and I was DISAGREEING with her attitude, and making it CLEAR that she was only speaking for herself. Her agreement with SMG strongly implied that she agreed with his sweeping generalizations.
Then why have your repeatedly been unable to point to any of the clarifying exchanges that prompted your post? More smoke and mirrors.
The attitudes expressed in that thread, Puzz, are up for individual evaluation, and THAT was what I was alluding to. My opinions remain my own, and nowhere did anything I say suggest LIES so much as sentiments that you disagree with. Deal with it.
You pull this crap all the time. If you really think that opinions are just opinions and need no basis in fact, then all opinions are equally valid. That is ludicrous. Some opinions can be supported and some cannot. If someone now expresses the opinion that Pittsburgh will win the superbowl despite their loss to New England, they cannot be taken seriously. If you express the opinion that poisontears was suggesting something and nothing in her post supports your opinion, it is worthless.
I fully agree with your assessment of the various quality of different opinions, and this is something that I have pointed out numerous times myself, and this is not "crap that I pull all the time." I simply disagree with you that my opinion was uninformed and not backed up by anything of substance...SMG could teach us all a lesson on that. I was commenting on a poster's ATTITUDE, which is what you are doing with me, but NEVER did I accuse them of LYING. I don't play that kind of dirty pool, Puzz; rather, that has been your forte' in this exchange of ours.
And you know this because ... you read minds? Her exact words were "i'm sorry if it came out sounding that way" Note she said if it came out sounding that way. YOU are the one who said it sounded that way, but YOU are also the one who cannot back up that "opinion". Her final words in her apology post were "please don't be angry." When someone has to PLEAD for another person not to be angry with them, it makes a plausible case for that person feeling bullied.
And again, Puzz, you ignored my apology to her, and since you pointed out that we are NOT mind readers, how do YOU know that she felt "bullied" into apologizing, and wasn't simply SINCERE? Maybe by the TONE of her post, which was the same thing I was making an assessment on? She wasn't PLEADING, she was making a simple apology...something that I'm sure you would be hard pressed to do in ANY situation, I would wager.
See, Diss. If you have "opinions" as I do that have basis in reality it is easy to quote support for them. I have done so in several posting in this thread. You have not done it at all, unless you count refering to a post that could not possible have been the basis for your claim.

Puzz, anyone can read all of the posts in the thread, and see EXACTLY where I am coming from, and I in fact invite all of them reading these accusations of yours against me to do so. Many posters have agreed with many of my assessments, even though not all in posts directed to me personally. Let others evaluate my words on their merit, and yours on the same, and let them decide where my "bullying" ends and your arrogance begins. Your crap in this thread would be the first to sink to the bottom of the pool...where it belongs.
