Police began investigating Hutchings on Monday when an 11-year-old girl accused him of putting his hand down her pants as she made breakfast at his house toward the end of the school year

How many 11 year old students go over the house of an adult and make them breakfast? It almost sounds like she might have been his young friend. Still, it also sounds like he just violated her in a way that she didn't expect and it bothered her enough to tell. That bothers me, as this guy clearly did not put her feelings and needs ahead of his own.

One teenager, now 18, told police Hutchings molested her more than 300 times between the ages of 12 and 15...

Now I have to wonder if she used that word, "molested". For all we know the girl thought of him as a boyfriend, and she might have wanted to do sexual things with him...unlike the 11 year old who told on him.

There is clearly alot more to this story than the press is reporting and of course, we'll never get all the facts. We'll just get these little tidbits of (mis)information from the media and the police.

Clearly these girls were going over his house, and not by force...I mean, who the hell cooks breakfast for someone over their house because they were forced to?!? lol

No, I think some of these girls might have gotten crushes on the guy, started to go over his house and then "nature took it's course". That said, the part about him sticking his hand down the pants of the girl really bugged me. It's obvious the guy wanted sex from these girls, and although this 11 yr old might have liked him and wanted to be friends, she may not have wanted sex and this guy crossed the line and forced himself on her.

So, if he DID force himself on the 11 yr old, then he needs to get charged with it...BUT if the other relationships he had were consensual and the other girls don't want to press charges, then he should only face prosecution for the 11 yr old incident.

At any rate, what *I* think doesn't count. We all know they call it child "rape" if there was intercourse, so he obviously had full on sex with some of the girls...and he's gonna be going away for a LONG time...

Guess he should'a looked both ways before crossing THAT road...
