Oh, and incidentally, it's "naked people," not CP, so one can assume that it's probably fairly normative. Still ended up with human trafficking charges, though, so you can assume that those are usually fraud.

More to the point, about a half-decade ago, the Jalisco cartel was involved in sweeping out territory in a westward purge, blocking off north-south traffic and providing undesireable pacific access.

These are the fruits. It is reasonable to say that annihlating the Jalisco cartel should be a global priority - everyone else is fine.
