I think I've seen comparisons like this made to allowing children to swim. I still enjoy the sarcasm :)

I find it interesting that many of the people claiming children cannot consent to sexual touching and therefore doing such is wrong are often people who support being allowed to hit a child's butt to cause pain against their consent. Making a child feel good with their consent is apparently much worse . Its almost like they don't care about consent in the first place and just use that as an excuse to repress their child's sexuality and demonize people who have an interest in children.
