I suppose Sakura Chan has given me a slight ... affinity ... for little girls in rollerblades. Sounds like you had a most wonderful day. Might I utter a silent lucky bastard and walk on by? Naw, I must first gawk and stare and comment on your good fortune. ;)

It would be wonderful if she does stop by for a visit, or perhaps if her mom were to really invite you over for dinner some time. Her mom might allow for a certain closeness between you two because she might feel her daughter needs a father figure in her life (that is, if her mother is at all concerned about such things - mine certainly wasn't).

I guess I can't even imagine how wonderful a feeling that must have been... Just like going out on a date with a preteen! In rollerblades no less!
