ping: Sinema

got these from a friend who is a little to paranoid to join, but reads all he can here. so he gave them to me and here they are.....hey if you cheer this guy on, he might just join after all. mods., NFIH, AP, BB, THIS IS NOT, NOT AN EMAIL FROM HIM.

One of the other posters, Sinema, has put out a couple of posts asking for books on 'little girl fiction'. I don't know if you or anyone else at GC has read 'Kassandra and the Wolf' by Margarita Karapanou, but it's a facinating read told from the point of view of a [very warped] 5 year old girl. Most of the chapters are very short, (some just a paragraph), but the writing is lyrical, visual and sometimes outright erotic. I can't imagine anyone with any sort of feelings towards yg's NOT being affected by this book. (At this point, however, I must reiterate: Kassandra is a VERY warped 5yo. While some of the passages are beautiful and lyrical, there are some very cruel and violent parts to her story, also.)

Another really great read is 'Darkest Desire: The Wolf's Own Tale' by Anthony Schmitz. It's a tale of a wolf's encounter with the Brother's Grimm from the Wolf's point of view. The plot of the story deals with the Brother's Grimm promising to help Wolf with his problem: He eats young children. Yet he loves them to the depths of his soul. There's a lot of great philosophy that centers around pedeophilism(??). The Amazon.com link for this book is:

Of course, there's tons more, but these are two of the most interesting ones that popped into my head at this early hour.
