My Sigpic's Leg

Most of her leg is tucked under her skirt. And we're looking at the top of her foot which is extended in the same direction (from our perspective) as her slender lower calf and ankle.
If we could see her leg in profile, I'm sure it would look proportionate.
If this painting were Victorian (with their obsession with the female ankle) then it would be improper. But at the time it was painted it was OK.
