Yes, jd.. you were quite impressive in that particular debate. There is a time and a place for each type of battle. I do not think, however, that a brutal frontal attack is necessary for all clashes. Clearly, reasoned debate and arguement will produce desired effect in most cases.

You point to the fact that the anti's are using violence, hate and fear to cow the masses into seeing things their way? And I point to any number of regimes which have engaged in similar tactics to subdue and goad the people to their way of thinking: they failed... they failed because eventually, the truth gots out and they lost credibility, and the people that were supposed to be cowed rose up and stood with the ones who were used as scapegoats. How many more lies will be uncovered before the people of society will begin to vocalize what we know they are already starting to think in the silent vaults of their own minds? We must encourage them to join with us... expose the frothing lunacy in the vengeful right, draw them off balance... let the mistakes of anger and fear be THEIRS.. not ours.

This, too, shall pass.
