I agree on the issue of Payned, and I do believe that I have been (perhaps surprisingly so) fair and kind in dealing with her. I have treated her with respect, and even my initial post directed to her held no disrespect directed toward her.

Asterix, on the other hand, did indeed deserve it. Anyone who thinks that they can throw around nonsense like "I think that saying that 20% of people are pedophiles and those who commit offences are predatory pedophiles is a stance that should be considered." needs to be strung up for being an anti posing as a GLer. This isn't a statement against pro-contact (or as Dissident likes to say, pro-choice) paedophiles, it's a statement against paedophiles as a people. This is a supposed paedophile, self-proclaimed GLer (obviously a lie), proclaiming that all child molesters are paedophiles, thereby justifying the term "predatory paedophile". They are saying that every single child molester is a paedophile and in their statement of I have some thoughts and ideas on so-called situational offenders and I will posting on this when I can get my thoughts in order. following it, they are being quite clear about their meaning.

They are not one of us. They are, to use Payned's words, a wolf in sheep's clothing. They are an anti posing as one of us, and their very presence offends me. They aren't the only one around here to be this, but they are the one that I have seen (though Todd has come close lately, and that saddens me) directly quote the antis and speak out against us while trying to make it out to be innocent.
