I'd refrain from making comments like you did.. it's a rather bad pun and the point that I think that you are trying to make is lost entirely in the reaction to the extremely anti-feminist statement. Yes, they are.. well, I can't really think of a better word than bitches at the moment, though I don't like using it.. for intentionally inciting sexual responses from men for the sole purpose of getting offended of such reaction.

The disturbingly odd part is that your statement was, to a point, accurate -- there are some females out there who honestly do act like that because they want to be raped. Far more common are the ones who encourage their daughters to do it for the purpose of using their child to get in the spotlight themselves.

Perhaps the most fitting and necessary thing is to completely strip away the illusion of innocence attributed to both women and children, and force people to acknowledge reality. It is far too often that a good person is punished for helping a child experience something non-harmful that they are "not supposed" to experience, just as it is far too often that women are allowed to incite sexual responses and act offended at it, and have sex and later change their mind and claim rape. They are even allowed to have sex with someone and claim that it was rape just to send the person to jail.
