"Suppose the laws allowed it and I did reciprocate. Is she later going to tell me that I ruined her life and "scarred" her because I did something she didn't truly want me to do when she gave me every indication that she did.

I think it's appalling to defend these types of actions by girls. This is why men are so often perceived as "predatory"...we can never take a girl or woman's actions at face value, because they can often act one way but mean a completely different thing. And some people think this type of behavior is HARMLESS. Nothing that hurts another person emotionally is harmless."

my own personal opinion: this is how date rape happens. it also accounts for girls who think they want sex until they get it,then change their minds and decide to say they were raped because they feel ashamed. flirting is NOT always harmless fun,and you shouldnt shake your tail feathers unless you are trying to get a peacock. be sure you know what you want before you advertise.
a woman/girl shouldnt have to dress or act easy to get attention of feel good about herself. if you are going to act sexual,be prepared to get a sexual response. and dont say im trying to justify anything ladies, because im not. the message you put out is your responsibility. i dont make passes at nuns because i know they are off limits. do the math...
