As in the skeletal structure has solidified and the head is not very very large with little hair, and the 'soft spot' freaks me out. Honestly, who wants to touch a head whose skull has a huge gap in it? I wouldn't mind a little bit, as I realize it's necessary for growth, but yipes, you can see the brain moooving and it's creepy.
I suppose in epheb/heb aspect there is like, the merging of youthful and adult sexual characteristics which is often very erratic and appealing.
