I do aim at that people who share a space also share a common language.

I just do not aim at limiting the capacity of people to speak any other language that is not common, whether for ethnic origins, academic need or curiosity, business, travel or any reason they have.

And if they want to speak in a non-common language, it should not be automatically seen with the "it's not worth saying it at all" lens.
