No, not really

The first guy to attribute the Fall to sexual immoralities was St Augustine. Interestingly, he criticises prostitution more than anything, with ritual orgies for fertility divinities in second... zoophilia and adultery come later, as does homosexuality. Paedophilia is conspicuously absent, as are other orientations and practically every fetish or practice I know of. So no, leather and latex, whipping, enemas, masks, swinging, pornography, snowballing, nitrous gases, golden showers [and almost any et cetera you can think of] are NOT the cause of the Fall. And who am I to contradict St Augustine?? - not only is he a Doctor of the Church, but he lived at the time!!!!
