Lurking, probably, like I've been. lolg321 had the courage to say hi so I will too. Also it takes them a while to approve registration requests, which is fine with me, because I am still skittish.

I probably won't post much or at all again, because I'm scared, but I wanted to thank all those here who do participate for the encouraging discussion and fun, safe links. It is nice to know that at least somewhere, there are a few people who don't hate me.

I've known I am GL for years, but only recently started to accept it. Wow self hatred sucks, as I'm sure some of you know. I grew up hating pedophiles. "Hey guess what would explain a whole hell of a lot! Oh great. Nice." Now, I have friends, and they like me, but I know that if they knew what I was, they would hate me. I know this because I told one of them. Another friend knows, I am convinced, but does not want to admit it, and changes the subject quickly. Why on earth would I watch the 2005 Amityville remake? Because Chloe Moretz is in it. Ohhkay can we talk about something else? So it's me and you all, and I am lurking, and I am appreciating.

I'm not ready to be an activist, and I don't believe I should be legally entitled to that which I desire (lower the age of consent, OK, but keep it in the teens IMO). I just wish the antis would back off enough that it is safe for us to seek some help and support. I didn't fucking sign up for this. Until that happens (as if), I will enjoy the Girl Moments posted here (I understand that momentary rush, that random smiling little hit of ecstasy in pink socks) and reading about how you all deal with this overwhelming condition that causes you to feel love; this nightmare of beauty.

kea, thank you for letting me know this place is safe and welcoming for those of us who share your stance on things, and for expressing your stance on things (as I understand it at any rate. I'm still new enough that I don't have all the acronyms memorized. This whole being a ped thing ain't easy). This place is the least pushy of all the support sites I have explored and that is appreciated. For the record, I have read Sarah Goode's book and am fine with her conclusions. I wish more paeds would listen to what she has to say; she listened to us after all.

Dissident, I always enjoy your lengthy posts, whether I agree or not. There is intelligence behind them that is rare in lengthy forum posts.

Lil'Grundoon, thank you for reminding me that this horrible and wonderful thing does not have to always be taken so seriously.

qtns2di4, your post last night about having to quit her made me tear up. I understand and I am sorry. God I miss her, and I know you understand. I love your sig line, and I hate sig lines in forum posts.
