Child marriage to little girls would certainly be legal by now. In fact, it was legal in some parts of the US just a few decades before 1970, and was probably still happening in some rare instances after 1970.

Actually, child marriage STILL happens in rural Utah USA.

Child marriage is the solution and the proper marketing campaign if we ever want it to be legal to be with little girls.

I don't see why anyone should think Girl Love was seen as a big deal in the 1970s. There may have been Age of Consent laws, but such laws only mean as much as people are willing to enforce them.
