Here in the UK if such a scenario existed and the evidence was given to the police immediately then no charges would result - no jury would ever convict on strict legality here and perhaps other countries just need to get up to speed with some issues.

Given Taffy's second indictment coming from a single image, perfectly legal, featuring an adult pronz star that looked entirely adult, you are certainly wrong.

If he hadn't been able to produce American magazines featuring the same woman, he'd still be in.

That would get you charged in several places. Why can't you just check actual case law, rather than make assumptions about it?
