People often say that if they allowed us to have relations with little girls we would dump them as they got older because out love "isn't real" or some shit. Well the reality is contrary to that. It seems that often around 11-14 the girls themselves drift away. Interested by the boys in their peer group. This happens while we still love them. It breaks out hearts but since we care about them and respect them we let them move on.

As it should be. Anyone who thinks two people were meant to be inseparable forever is living in fantasy land. People come together and they drift apart, no matter the age difference. Even with their parents, a child's attachment switches between mother and father in different phases of their development, depending on the child's gender (or gender identity).

And yeah, they grow. Rapidly. A month can go by and suddenly you feel like you don't even know them anymore.
